Synopsis:
Hong Kong is famous as the "City of Gourmet". Some foods are known far and wide. To experience the Hong Kong culture, the best way is to personally enjoy and exchange the information. As such, this all new programme Top Eats 100 is a Hong Kong fine foods contest. The selections includes 20 most popular gourmet dishes in HK!

In each episode, a food expert will disclose and analyze each of the top ranked gourmet foods. The expert will also distinguish and search for the popular, special and traditional restaurant and investigate what tricks that restaurant has to be a popular pick by the people of Hong Kong.

Each episode will feature several special guests visiting the popular restaurant and learn how to cook their fine dishes
